My tankless water heater had stopped working minutes before and I had company coming for dinner. He listened to the problem and trouble shooting I'd already done, calmly and clearly explained what could be going on and the steps he would take when he arrived the next morning. He notified me when he was en route and showed up at the beginning of the time window he had provided. He diagnosed and validated his diagnosis with the manufacturer. I recently purchased a home that the gas line running along the stucco of the home was corroded and in need of replacement. After numerous attempts to find a company that would replace it I came across Massflo plumbing. After reading reviews they were knowledgeable about the situation and scheduled an appointment. Joe showed up in a timely manner and knew exactly what needed to be done and replaced. I would definitely recommend Massflo, a job well done. 5 stars I called Massflo for inside plumbing issues with faucets loose and one leaking. Joe came out very knowledgeable and professional. Called them on an emergency on sewer backup. Dispatch, Jonathan(?), was pleasant and Joe arrived within the hour. Did great work, and did over and above what was required when my tenant with handicap requested he clean the shower and tub. Clearly not part of this, yet done with a smile. Great guys. They were at my house quickly after I called them and they fixed my problem promptly. They also went out of their way to give me advice on how to help avoid the problem again. While the repair was costly, they were fully transparent about the price, came quickly and fixed a big problem that others could not fix, so I was OK with the price. There was a minor leak on the opposite side of the backflow system, and it required a minor repair. All repairs were done in a timely fashion, and the area was left neat and picked up.
